Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information FleetOS processes when you use its desktop application, account services, administrative operations, and secure checkout.
Information we process
When you sign in with Google, FleetOS receives your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name, and profile image when available. We also process account sessions, plan entitlements, device authorization records, security events, checkout references, payment status, and limited network metadata needed to prevent abuse.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, secure your account, enforce device limits, provide subscription access, reconcile payments, investigate failures, and maintain an auditable administrative record. FleetOS does not request your Google password, wallet recovery phrase, or private wallet keys.
Payments and service providers
Payment requests are created and verified by server-side services. FleetOS shares only the data required to create, monitor, and reconcile a transaction. Merchant credentials and internal provider configuration remain on the server and are not delivered to the FleetOS desktop application.
Storage and security
FleetOS stores only a cryptographic hash of each server session token. On Windows, the desktop application protects its local session with operating-system encryption. Administrative access is separately restricted and sensitive account values are masked in monitoring views.
Retention and deletion
Account and transaction records are retained while needed to operate the service, meet security and accounting requirements, or resolve disputes. You may request account deletion from Help & Support in the FleetOS application. Some transaction and audit records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
Your choices
You may sign out at any time, which revokes the active FleetOS session. You may also continue using supported local device operations without signing in. Disconnecting FleetOS from your Google Account does not automatically delete FleetOS records; use Help & Support for a deletion request.
